Delivery Policy

Dispatch is usually within 5 working days. Items can be sent via Special Next Day Delivery at a cost of £8. Please check stock availability before ordering. If you wish your package to be shipped special delivery or insured, or by an alternate carrier please call us on 01584 876178

Delivery retail orders over £25 (not including "sale" items) is free of charge anywhere in the UK. Free delivery items are sent 2nd Class Recorded Delivery Royal Mail. Your package needs to be signed for. We hold your special ID postal number should you wish to trace your package but missing parcels are not the responsibility of La Jewellery Ltd. and we are not liable to replace them. 

Sale items and items purchased at less than £25 cost are often flat-packed to save on postage costs. Sale items are not usually eligible for free shipping. Shipping will normally be charged at the time your order is placed at checkout

Overseas Shipment will incur separate delivery costs and charged at £8. Other delivery methods are available. Please call us on +44 (0)1584 876178 for details. We will send you via email a transaction number for you to trace your overseas order.

Returns, Refund and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 48 hours via telephone (sooner if possible) as cancelled orders which have already shipped may incur additional charges.

If you wish to return goods to us please telephone us on 01584 876178. We accept all returns shipped back to us within 7 days of purchase. Redelivery charges are £4.40 and this is none refundable. We will exchange faulty goods but if you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, we will only exchange them for other items in our catalogue. If returned for any other reason than a fault, earrings are not usually refundable.

For other jewellery there will be a re-stocking charge of 15% made against your returned order. Please inform us of your reason for returning your purchase. We try to offer exceptional customer service and this should assist us to avoid any similar problems in future.
